Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, to ensure successful execution of mechanical engineering projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that team members adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and controlling costs to keep the project within financial constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project resources.
- Oversee the quality of all mechanical installations, ensuring they meet design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
