A forward-thinking company specialising in innovative control solutions for Building and Energy Management Systems (BEMS) seeks an experienced BMS Panel Design Engineer. This role involves producing accurate panel wiring diagrams and topologies based on specifications provided by senior design personnel.

The organisation delivers comprehensive solutions, from concept and design to manufacturing, installation, and maintenance, emphasising energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational optimisation for commercial and industrial clients. Collaboration with design teams, contractors, and clients ensures tailored, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Create detailed BMS panel wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical.
Collaborate with design managers, engineers, and other technical leads to deliver high-quality designs.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and company procedures.
Stay updated on advancements in BMS technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering BMS designs for large construction projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD Electrical and panel-building technical design.
Familiarity with building services mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with one or more BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Distech, Tridium, Delta).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, SharePoint).
Relevant technical qualifications and accreditations.
Commitment to professional development through industry training.
