Senior Electrical Estimator
MEP Contractor
Central London / Hertfordshire
My client is a thriving MEP contractor with a reputation for excellence in delivering commercial fit-out projects. Since its establishment in 2006, the company has grown steadily, achieving a £12m turnover in 2024 and forecasting £22m for 2025, with an ambitious target of £50m by 2028.
Specialising in design and build commercial fit-out projects valued between £500k and £2m, 90% of projects are located in London. With office space in Hertfordshire and Central London, they are committed to reaching their turnover targets by securing talent across London, Hertfordshire, and other home counties.
The Role:
Senior Electrical Estimator based primarily out of the Moorgate office, this role involves occasional visits to the Hertfordshire Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tendering for commercial fit-out projects up to £2m in value.
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Mechanical Estimator and reporting to the Preconstruction Manager and Director.
- Contributing to the delivery of high-quality and competitive project estimates within the commercial sector.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction or MEP sectors.
- Strong knowledge of tendering for commercial fit-out projects, preferably in D&B environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration.
- Competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.
