Salary: $ 130 – 135,000 CAD

Core responsibilities:
- Effectively engaging in the tendering/bidding process—from initial tendering/bidding documentation to analysis and reporting.
- Managing the change process for Data Centre projects, including identifying, analysing, approving, and implementing cost-impacting modifications.
- Analysing tenders/bids.
- Supporting the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims to ensure the client receives maximum value for the completed work.
- Creating estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
- Managing project costs by preparing evaluations and cost reports and effectively communicating variances with the team.
- Support the resolution of construction disputes and the settlement of loss and expense claims with transparency.
- Foster high performance and team growth through exceptional mentoring and leadership.
- Facilitating efficient project management and informed decision-making through detailed cost documentation and timely communication.
- Previous experience as a Senior Cost Manager within a consultancy background.
- Previous experience working on data centre projects or similar.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Chartered or motivated to become chartered.
- Being proficient in both French and English is essential.
