The role of an MEP Digital Engineer requires strong teamwork, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, adept at forming and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, and dedicated to ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

The MEP Digital Engineer will collaborate with a variety of MEP Contractors and Tier 1 Contractors while supporting the digital construction division.

Role Overview
The MEP Digital Engineer will collaborate with a variety of MEP Contractors and Tier 1 Contractors while supporting the digital construction division.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing MEP models to RIBA Stage 5 with a high level of detail.
- Producing layout drawings for general arrangements, MEP layouts, or 2D markups, including modelled elements and annotations.
- Creating manufacturer-specific Revit models/families.
- Developing parametric and dynamic Revit families for flexible application.
- Implementing and maintaining specifications and Revit models.
- Working with BIM Execution Plans to extract project requirements.
- Offering MEP coordination advice to design partners.
- Proven experience in producing MEP models to RIBA Stage 5 with a high level of detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a particular focus on MEP modelling and drawing production.
- Foundational knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks (or similar software) for interpreting received data.
- Familiarity with MEP detailing for manufacturing/fabrication in Revit.
- Experience in DfMA projects or manufacturing drawing production.
- Background working with offsite contractors or in MMC project work.
- Familiarity with additional design tools such as Dynamo, Rhino, SketchUp, or 3DS Max is advantageous but not essential.
