A North London based multi-discipline practice in London is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor.
 
The practice is looking to add a confident and competent professional. You will provide a range of building surveying services across the project and professional disciplines. Ideally you will come from a proven projects background and have experience in liaising with important stakeholders.
 
You the successful Senior/Associate Building Surveyor will lead projects in the education, residential and healthcare sectors. The schemes are across London, Hertfordshire and surrounding home counties. Typical projects values range from £100k to £10m.
 
Responsibilities

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Schedules of condition
• Party wall matters
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Reinstate cost assessment
• Design specifications
• Employers agent

 
Senior Building Surveyor

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally Chartered MRICS or MCIOB
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK drivers licence
