Chartered? Live in Essex or within commutable distance?
A progressive building consultancy is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team in Essex. You the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will undertake projects in the education, healthcare and residential sectors.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of an expanding division. My client has more than doubled in size in the last three years. The organisation is on a positive trajectory and is looking for an professional to join and be a part of the growth.
Private schools, universities, nurseries and hospitals are typical structures you will provide consultative expertise on. Refurbishment and maintenance programmes are typical schemes the practice undertakes, project values range from £100k - £1.5million. Ideally you will be a proactive and motivated individual, someone who take pride in their craft and has a keen eye to detail.

- MRICS qualified
