Job description

Job Title: Sector Administrator – Construction Quality
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Travel + Discretionary Bonus
Location: South East London (with travel across London sites)
Sector: Residential Construction
Flexibility: Limited
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sector Administrator to join a leading construction company in London. This exciting role is based primarily in South East London, with regular travel across North, Central, and East London sites. While you will initially be site-based, you’ll gain full autonomy after your probation period, taking control of your own schedule.
You will play a key role in supporting the Quality Team across 8+ projects in the London area. Working with the industry-leading Fieldview system, you’ll help streamline project workflows, assist in training teams, and ensure consistent quality management. Over time, you’ll grow into a super-user of Fieldview, providing guidance to managers, site teams, and external subcontractors to optimise its use.
While prior experience with Fieldview is beneficial, it is not essential. What’s most important is your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel across London to support multiple sites, predominantly residential construction projects.
  • Support the Quality Team in managing documentation and workflows across various projects.
  • Assist with training teams on Fieldview and support their use of this system.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of quality assurance processes.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project operations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to travel across London, with expenses covered.
  • Experience in construction, with an understanding of workflows and document control.
  • A basic understanding of construction sequencing.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse teams.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A keen understanding of processes and the importance of adherence.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
  • Familiarity with Fieldview or similar project management systems (e.g., 4Projects).
  • Experience in training or supporting teams on software systems.
  • Background in Document Control or site management, with a keen interest in quality assurance and administrative tasks.
This role is perfect for someone looking to transition from a Document Control role into a more operational construction quality position, or for those starting out in site management but who prefer the administrative and quality-focused aspects of the industry. If you have the right skills and a passion for supporting construction projects, we encourage you to apply.
What’s in it for you:
  • Direct mentorship from two senior leaders with over 10 years of experience at the company, offering full autonomy.
  • A dynamic, varied role where no two days are the same.
  • Full control over your schedule once settled in.
  • Work on iconic large-scale projects across London with a company committed to developing long-term career growth.
If you’re ready to make a significant impact and take on an exciting challenge in a thriving construction company, we want to hear from you!
