Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Tier 1 MEP Contractor
Pay Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Outside IR35)

People Group has been tasked with sourcing a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist systems division for a variety of Commercial, Data Centre and other-mixed projects up to £15m. If you’re experienced in managing complex specialist packages and are ready to make your mark, this could be your next big opportunity.
The Role:
As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will:
• Subcontractor Management: Oversee procurement, contracts, and performance.
• Forecasting & CVRs: Ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Preconstruction & Beyond: Play a key role from project planning to completion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams from top-tier main contractors who our client has a solid relationship.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience with large-scale projects up to £15m.
• Knowledge of BMS, IT, and specialist systems is essential.
• Strong commercial knowledge and ability to manage all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Flexible, professional approach – suitable for both freelance and permanent candidates.
This role is freelance-friendly, but the company is open to discussing a permanent PAYE arrangement for the right candidate.
