Join the Hydrogen Revolution! Seeking a Quantity Surveyor Extraordinaire for our Gigafactory Adventure!
I am seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor and their dynamic team. You will be a key player in ensuring the financial and contractual success of a large Hydrogen Gigafactory in Royston.
The Gigafactory will initially have the capacity to manufacture 3GW of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell components annually, playing a crucial role in the advancement of hydrogen vehicles. Moreover, it supports the market expectation that there could be up to three million fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) on the road globally by 2030.

Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in contract management and procurement processes.
- In-depth understanding of construction industry standards and regulations (renewable energy and sustainable technology would be great)
- NEC Option C understanding (Essential)
- ICHEME Burgundy book (Ideally)
