A leading provider of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, known for our expertise in delivering exceptional building services across various sectors, are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will oversee the commissioning processes for multiple commercial fit-out projects in the City of London. This role is crucial in ensuring that all MEP systems are installed, tested, and functioning according to project specifications and industry standards. Due to the company's success and a robust pipeline of projects, there will be guaranteed work for years to come.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans for all MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project schedules and objectives.
  •  Oversee the testing, validation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
  • Ensure that all commissioning activities adhere to quality standards and project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed commissioning documentation, including test reports, validation records, and as-built documentation.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate commissioning activities and resolve any technical issues.
  • Ensure all commissioning processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide training and handover documentation to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improving commissioning processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as an MEP Commissioning Manager, preferably with experience in commercial fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in commissioning software and tools.
