Mechanical Project Manager

My client is a large, market leading, privately-owned Building Services contractor with a deep history, renowned for successfully delivering major Building Services projects across the South East of England, with sectors including Residential, Commercial, Data Centres, Science & Technology and more.
Working alongside an equivalent Electrical Project Manager and reporting to a Project Director, a Mechanical Project Manager is required to deliver the mechanical installation of a £7.5m M&E warehouse project in East London. Starting on site in October 2024, you will see the project through from pre-construction to handover.

- Pre-construction, procurement, and planning of project before site works commence.
- Ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable with close alignment to the Quantity Surveyor
- Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
- Communicate project, subcontractor and package updates to engineering team, management and supervisors
- Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
- Regular progress reports to the Directors and client
- Delegation of works to the project team
