Position: Lead MEP Manager
Location: London
An excellent job opportunity for a Lead MEP project manager to work for a leading international Real estate company. This position is to work on a new modern commercial office build project based near London Liverpool Street.
What will you be doing:
You are digitally astute and can build lasting client relationships. Detailed knowledge of MEP packages including installation techniques, best practice, and single system commissioning requirements. You will have a commercial project experience, construction or project management background.

- Coordinate delivery of all MEP packages on the base build, CatA and partially CatB
- Working with consultants and subcontractors.
- Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
- Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
- Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies.
- Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress and any other relevant issues.
- Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule.
- Performing cost analysis as and when required.
- Participating in design reviews.
- Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
- Reviewing issues to drive continuous improvement.
