An excellent job opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager to work on a signature residential project for a leading tier one main contractor.  
 
What will you be doing:

Oversee the day-to-day electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other trades, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression and resolve any on-site issues.
Monitor the quality of electrical installations, conducting inspections and testing to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met and any delays are effectively managed.
Track project costs and resources, ensuring that the project stays within budget, and report any variances to senior management.
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular audits and ensuring all team members are compliant.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to plans. 

Let’s talk about you…. 

You will have a background in electrical package management or electrical construction management on residential projects within the UK. You are digitally astute and can build lasting client relationships. Detailed knowledge of MEP packages including installation techniques, best practice, and single system commissioning requirements.
