A reputable and well-established contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across the UK. Known for their commitment to excellence and innovation, they pride themselves on the ability to execute complex projects efficiently and to the highest industry standards. 

They are seeking an experienced Freelance Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the electrical installation on a residential project in Wembley, expected to be completed within the next 4-6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the electrical works, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee the day-to-day electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression and resolve any on-site issues.
• Monitor the quality of electrical installations, conducting inspections and testing to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met and any delays are effectively managed.
• Track project costs and resources, ensuring that the project stays within budget, and report any variances to senior management.
• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular audits and ensuring all team members are compliant.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to plans.
