Job Title: Commercial Lead – Iconic £80M Project


Salary: Up to £95,000 + car allowance, travel, pension, private healthcare, and other benefits

About the Role:
People Group is recruiting a Commercial Lead on behalf of a large Tier 1 Main Contractor. This role involves leading a secured £80 million project in West London with a long pre-construction phase, making two-stage tender experience essential. The project is a landmark public sector project, essentially it's a large commercial new build with a high-end fit-out.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of a prestigious £80 million project.
• Collaborate closely with pre-construction and delivery teams during the two-stage tender process.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience with a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
• Expertise in two-stage tender processes.
• Previously led projects valued above £50 million or acted as a No. 2 on projects over £100 million.
• Right to work in the UK.
