Job description
A privately owned Principal Civil Contractor with a near 100-year trading history is recruiting a Sub Agent in Surrey.
With a group revenue of over 400M and over 450 direct employees, their primary activity in the UK is the delivery of civils projects in the Rail, Industrial, Aviation and Energy sectors.
The UK division has enjoyed quick, sustainable growth over the last 2 years and contributes around 70M of very profitable revenue per annum. They are currently working with a high-profile client in the Surrey area and have a strong pipeline of civils projects valued between 500K to 50M for the next few years.
They will offer you a supportive work environment with plenty of opportunity for growth and progression. As people are their primary asset, the company invests heavily in development. The Senior Management team are very supportive and approachable. They operate with mutual trust and respect. There is a very flat structure in the UK, which will evolve in line with business growth which in turn will open a defined career path for you.

They are offering between 55,000 - 60,000 with an attractive benefits package including a company car or car allowance and fuel card, a 10% pension contribution, and a great bonus.

Interested? Then this is what you'll need:
- A HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrable experience working as a Senior Engineer or Sub Agent within the civil engineering construction industry
- An understanding of the NEC form of contract
