Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Luxembourg
Salary: Up to €6000 per month
Type: Permanent – Fixed-term contract
 
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a significant internal office fit-out project in Luxembourg. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in large-scale commercial projects, particularly with commercial office fit-out experience. You will play a critical role in managing on-site activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the project progresses smoothly from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Oversee daily site activities, including subcontractor management, material deliveries, and logistics.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Create and manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project milestones.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Health & Safety: Implement and monitor strict health and safety guidelines on-site, conducting regular checks to maintain compliance with local regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact on-site, liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site, providing timely solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Reporting: Regularly update project managers and clients on progress, including any potential risks, delays, or budget concerns.
 
 
 
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial fit-out projects with office space or similar interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, fit-out techniques, and relevant building regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality control.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Eligible to work in Luxembourg and/or hold relevant work permits.
 
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with project management software.
