Job Title: Site Manager – Residential Development

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer for an experienced Site Manager to join a flagship mixed-use development in West London. This multi-phase project will deliver a vibrant new community, featuring high-quality apartments, landscaped public spaces, and premium residential amenities.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site delivery of residential blocks, ensuring that construction progresses smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor budgets and project timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Implement and uphold high-quality control standards throughout the building process.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, and suppliers, to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Oversee logistics and material management to maintain efficient site operations.

 
 
 
 
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a residential developer, ideally with experience in large-scale, high-spec developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
• A track record of delivering high-rise or multi-phase residential schemes is highly desirable.
