Senior Planner - end client - Aviation sector
Job description
We are recruiting a Senior Planner to an end Client in the Transport sector. This position will find you responsible for leading planning and scheduling activities across some of their more complex and challenging projects, typically around £20M in value.
Working for the end Client means you will be able to significantly impact the strategy and delivery of this substantial investment plan, working with project Sponsors from the very early project stages.

Reporting to the Programme Planning Manager, you will play a key role in the Construction team, responsible for schedule development, monitoring, recovery plans and reporting. You’ll developing and manage robust delivery schedules with clear targets and understanding of all activities and interfaces that support the successful completion of the projects. Working in a live environment brings an additional layer of challenge and complexity.
To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrable experience of working as a Planner or Senior Planner on projects with a value of around £20M. You will need to be educated to degree level ideally in a construction related subject. You will need experience of Primavera P6 and be a good to expert level user.
In return, you will be offered a salary of around 75,000 per annum with a 4,500 cash benefits allowance, a 20% annual bonus, good pension, private medical, 25 days holiday as well as additional fringe benefits (free parking, discounted travel, share saver)
