Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Psychology, Lina brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to the team. With six years of experience in the retail industry, she has developed outstanding people skills and a keen understanding of human behavior—key attributes that make her a valuable asset in construction recruitment. Lina specialises in our Infrastructure Division, where she is eager to leverage her expertise in talent acquisition to support People Group in connecting leading infrastructure and construction companies with top-tier professionals across the UK.
