Job description
MEP Package Manager (Lifts & Escalators)
Circa £75k + package
Please note, no interviews will take place until Jan / Feb of 2025, with target appointment date of March 2025
A major rail station project is being constructed in the West Midlands, handing over in 2028. We are working with the principal contractor who have been looking after the building services pre-construction and enabling works on site for the last 3 years. The building services packages are due to head into the construction phase during the course of 2025 and we require a Lift and Escalator Package Manager to join on a permanent basis.
Ideally, you will have worked for one of the major vertical transportation firms previously (i.e Kone, Schindler, Otis etc) and have worked a project manager on major construction projects previously.
You need to be from a Lift and Escalator engineering background as you will be taking these packages from design through to construction and will be the lead technical expert for the principal contractor on site. Experience of commissioning and handing over these systems is also imperative.
