We’re hiring two Quantity Surveyors to oversee either the Mechanical or Electrical packages on a prestigious Laboratory and Commercial Office fit-out in Central London. If you’re experienced in managing complex construction packages and are ready to make your mark, this could be your next big opportunity.

The Role:

• Positions Available: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor & Electrical Quantity Surveyor
• Reporting to: MEP Commercial Lead
• Project Phase: Currently in the shell and core phase with at least 18 months of work ahead
• PCSA Duration: 3 months Pre-Construction Services Agreement
• MEP Package Value: £30 million

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Mechanical or Electrical package, working closely with specialists across various facets of construction
• Manage financial and contractual aspects, ensuring high standards and commercial success
