Senior Change Manager - Infrastructure MEP Projects
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Commercial Change Manager to join our client, an MEP Infrastructure specialist, on their HS2 team in West London. This role is about spearheading change management processes and navigating mitigation, value engineering and optioneering. Your goal will be to collaborate seamlessly with technical and operational teams to maximise opportunities and ensure alignment with client stakeholders.

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager with extensive experience in large infrastructure or MEP projects, with a paticular forte in NEC3 contracts. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a strong focus on driving value, minimising risks and delivering exceptional results. You'll be comfortable leading complex negotiations and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Take charge of contract administartion (NEC3 Option C) and manage all aspects of change control.
- Lead the creation of commercial change reports, developing insightful metrics to monitor performance.
- Prepare and price CE Quotations
- Manage and facilitate Change Management and Risk Reduction meetings, including the drafting of official contract communications.

- Extensive experience in NEC3 Contract administration and management.
- Proven track record in managing change on large, complex infrastructure and MEP projects.
- Prior experience leading large teams whilst navigating commercial risks.
