Project Manager
Salary: Up to £90,000
Location: Zone 1 - London-based
We are currently in the process of hiring a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day control, design, progress and delivery of construction projects to meet client specifications (quality, time, etc.) such that all risk, specification and project timescales are met in full.
The successful candidate will be working and reporting directly to the Project Director as well as working closely alongside external client staff, key stakeholders, and the internal team. You will be expected to be fully responsible for the management of specific tasks while on-site.
As a Construction Manager, your primary roles and responsibilities will include:

As a Construction Manager, your primary roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects, time, procurement, and contractors.
- Supervise fit-out packages and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and any potential issues with the project.
- Update the system with all relevant information regarding the project.
- Understand and be able to implement design and program.
- Ensure the project complies with all legal requirements and building and safety codes.
- Prepare and deliver project reports and updates to management and clients.
- Regularly update and present specific handover notes on all available projects on-site to relevant personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale contractors.
- Keep full commercial control.
- Review, approve, and enforce site health and safety protocols and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of construction, construction management and design-build construction obtained through a combination of experience and education.
- Strong self-management skills to ensure the timely issue of project deliverables.
- 3+ years of professional construction experience with a main Contractor.
- Client-facing/live working environment experience.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety Certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
