We are recruiting for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Main Contractor working on the prestigious HS2 project. This role will see you managing a range of packages valued at approximately £40 million, within the key sectors of Utilities, Demolition, Civils, Earthworks, or Piling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer commercial aspects of packages within the Utilities, Demolition, Civils, Earthworks, or Piling sectors, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Support the commercial team in all aspects of contract administration, cost control, and financial reporting for projects valued around £40 million.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and effective communication on all commercial matters.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and project forecasts, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
- Assist with the application and administration of the NEC3 contract, ensuring compliance and risk management throughout the life cycle of the project.
- Learn and develop under the mentorship of experienced commercial professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of large-scale infrastructure project management.
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor background.
- Experience within one or more of the following sectors: Utilities, Demolition, Civils, Earthworks, or Piling.
- A strong eagerness to learn and develop your skills within a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of NEC3 contracts or a willingness to gain experience in this contract form.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
