Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking mutilple experienced Mechanical Construction Manager's to oversee the successful delivery of a Commercial Shell & Core project in Oxford. As part of this well-established company, you will lead the project from the pre-construction phase through to its on-site commencement in Spring 2025. This role offers long-term work in the Oxfordshire area, with excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Electrical aspects of this significant educational development.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors and Supervisors
- Health & Safety responsibility for all electrical works
- Compiling weekly progress reports for senior managements
- Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time
- Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
- Co-ordinate plant and materials
