Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and forward-thinking QA/QC Manager to join a dynamic and expanding Main Contractor in North-West London. This role offers the chance to work on a range of projects on a large scale live environment. These projects range from £500,000 - £70 million.
About the Opportunity:
As a QA/QC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of crucial documentation and asset technical data, working alongside project managers and suppliers to meet client expectations. You will be at the heart of managing and coordinating key processes, including health and safety documentation, compliance reporting, and asset maintenance plans, ensuring a seamless transition at project completion.
This role is an excellent fit for someone with a strong background in high-risk or mission-critical environments, particularly in sectors like rail and aviation, and someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings. You will have the chance to make a real difference in delivering essential infrastructure that supports millions of people every day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the timely delivery of health and safety file documentation in line with project requirements.
  • Manage technical data for assets and ensure all key project documentation is completed effectively.
  • Support project managers in developing delivery strategies, providing guidance on client expectations.
  • Lead stakeholder reviews and liaise with suppliers and consultants to ensure high-quality data delivery.
  • Report on project performance through KPIs, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate the "bringing into use" process, including sign-offs and training for technicians.
  • Ensure the availability of all necessary documentation and maintain detailed records of project milestones and completion.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A relevant degree qualification.
  • Experience in high-risk or logistically complex environments, such as aviation or rail.
  • Familiarity with Aconex and other digital tools for project management.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach, with a strong ability to build relationships and support team performance.
  • Digitally savvy, with a knack for managing data and ensuring seamless project execution.
If you're looking for your next role and to work with one of the leading Main Contractors in the South East please reach out or send in your CV.
