Job description

We have been appointed on behalf of our client, a UK based property developer, to recruit a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The PA will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary & Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations as required.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communication Handling: Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects with research, documentation, and coordination.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or business support.
  • Experience working in the construction sector
