My client, an experienced M&E specialist with a rich history dating back to the 1970s across diverse sectors within construction, including residential, education, and student accommodation, values enduring client relationships and consistently delivers exceptional service.
In light of recent project wins, they are in need of growing their experienced team and are seeking an Intermediate or Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor. This role will report to a long-standing Director, long standing within the business and focus on a brand new residential project in East London. The chosen candidate will serve as the sole Quantity Surveyor for a £10 million M&E package project, overseeing responsibilities from preconstruction through completion. The anticipated project duration is at least one year, with potential growth opportunities within the company thereafter.
This presents an outstanding chance to progress within a well-established M&E Contractor on a fresh new project with full autonomy within the role.
