Position: MEP Construction Manager
Location: London

An excellent job opportunity for a MEP Construction Manager to work for a leading international Construction business. This position is to work on a mixed use commercial project in the heart of London.
What will you be doing:
- Contribute to pre-planning and development of project safety strategy
- Coordinate the involvement of all statutory authorities with pre planning work
- Prime responsibility for the safety of all site operations
- Monitor health & safety documentation and complete safety inspections
- Ensure all contractors are implementing method statements and operating safely
- Direct the construction team to ensure that all supply chain contractors are coordinated and working to the construction programme and detail
- Monitor the progress of construction works and amend the methodology in light of unforeseen circumstances to ensure that overall completion dates are meet
- Develop and implement a clear plan of action to achieve the above
- Constantly review the build quality achieved ensuring that the client’s requirements in this regard are fully met
- Establish and manage a series of meetings with all contractors to ensure all are aware of the latest design detail
- Coordinate the learning and development opportunities to the team
