We are representing a prominent Tier 1 MEP firm in the southeast, which has secured another prestigious project in Oxford with a trusted main contractor partner. We are seeking an experienced and skilled MEP Commercial Manager to join their team and manage a major laboratory and commercial office project from inception to completion.
In this role, you will be the primary MEP commercial lead for the project, guiding it from the preconstruction phase through to its completion in late 2026.

Experience required:
- Proven experience in Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager positions, with a proven track record in managing large life science or commercial projects.
- Significant experience in overseeing major projects from preconstruction through to completion.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, cost management, and contract administration.
