- Manage and oversee the mechanical aspects of the project from pre-construction review to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications and schedules.
- Work closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Monitor and inspect mechanical installations to ensure compliance with industry standards, project requirements, and regulations.
- Track mechanical work progress against the budget, identifying and addressing any cost variations.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards during project execution.
- Address and resolve technical challenges, design issues, or site constraints promptly to maintain project progress.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the commissioning and handover process, ensuring all systems are tested and operational.
