Mechanical Engineer
Salary: £48,000 + £4,000 shift bonus
Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights
Location: London

As a mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the ppm’s and reactive maintenance on a large commercial office based in Kings Cross.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with mechanical core competence.
- Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which may include AHU, FCU, Plant Room, Pressurised Systems and other small electrical work.
- Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems.
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building services plant and equipment.
- Fault finding on building services equipment.
- Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required.
- Knowledge of water hygiene.
- Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts manager/client as required.
Essential Experience:
- 5+ years experience in a similar building environment
- Mechanical biased.
- Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems.
- H&S qualification – IOSH
