We are working with a leading Main Contractor to find a highly skilled Head of Commercial to lead the commercial function of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes to date. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing high-value major projects in the UK (£200m+) and an acute understanding of the NEC3 Option C contract form.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a strong, diverse commercial team, ensuring high standards of performance and delivery
• Take overall responsibility for the commercial success of the programme
• Oversee the administration and application of the NEC3 Option C contract, ensuring compliance and optimising the contractual framework
• Develop, implement, and oversee all commercial strategies, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project on time and within budget.
