Front of House & Building Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

  • Role requires a standard DBS check to qualify
  • 8am - 5 pm – 40hr week with limited flexibility due to the responsibilities of the role
  • On site role with no opportunity to remote work
  • Assist with car park management
  • Meeting and greeting staff and visitors to the buildings.
  • Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building.
  • Supervision of suppliers and contractors on site
  • Acting as an information source for general enquiries from staff and visitors.
  • Being the face of the Company/Client for all visitors, to follow a consistent approach at all times and be proactive in dealing with ad hoc client requests which are outside the normal scope of service.
  • Assisting in collating data for monthly reports and KPI figures.
  • Assisting in actioning and resolving queries regarding invoicing, purchase orders, and general accounting.
  • Carry out basic building management responsibilities including weekly fire alarm tests and basic legionella checks and other health and safety related responsibilities.
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties commensurate with position and salary range.
