Electrical Project Manager
Tier 1 MEP Contractor
Central London
My client is a country-wide leading MEP contractor with an annual turnover of £500m and is seeking a Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a prestigious new commercial shell & core project in Central London.
They are delivering the electrical package on this £35m MEP contract, with a successful main contractor, with whom they have a strong relationship. Currently in the preconstruction phase, the project is set to commence on-site in July 2024, with completion expected by June 2027.

- Working alongside the project director and another electrical project manager to lead the electrical package of this £35m MEP scheme.
- Manage project delivery from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring all electrical works are completed to high standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, main contractors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project progression.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Salary: £90,000 - £95,000
- Package includes: Private healthcare, pension (5% employee / 3% employer), 25 days annual leave, and life assurance.
