A globally recognised, multi-disciplinary construction company requires an Electrical Project Engineer to join its Building Services division to assist with the delivery of a major health care project in Birmingham, which as five years of work ahead.

Duties include:
- Support the senior project team in the overall implementation of the engineering strategy and framework for the designated project
- Engage with the Subcontractors at all stages from ITT to Final commissioning and Handover.
- Ensure that Subcontract packages are delivered to programme, budget, safety and quality expectations/standards.
- Ensure packages comply with good design practice and relevant technical group standards.
- Ensure accurate and complete records are kept in accordance with the M&E control sheet, this should include; RFIs, CE’s, EWN’s, WPPs, ITPs, Record Drawings and other project communications/deliverables.
- The engineer will ensure that communication trackers are updated, regardless of platform self-generated registers.
- Ensure the relevant RIBA 4/5 design deliverables are reviewed, accurate and fit for purpose prior to works commence.
