They are seeking an experienced Freelance Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the electrical installation on a commercial shell & core and Laboratory project, expected to be completed within the next 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the electrical works, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Oversee the day-to-day electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression and resolve any on-site issues.
- Monitor the quality of electrical installations, conducting inspections and testing to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met and any delays are effectively managed.
- Track project costs and resources, ensuring that the project stays within budget, and report any variances to senior management.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular audits and ensuring all team members are compliant.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to plans.
