My client is one of the major Mechanical & Electrical Contractors in the UK, renowned for delivering major Building Services schemes across various sectors including Commercial, Residential, Data Centres & Life Sciences.
They’ve secured a Data Centre project in West London as Principal Contractor, and require a dynamic Electrical Construction Manager to join the project, due to start on site at the end of January 2024.

Duties include:

• Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors
• Health & Safety responsibility for mechanical operatives on site
• Producing RAMS
• Compiling weekly progress reports for senior management
• Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project will be completed on time.
• Identify and rectify flaws various installations
• Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
• Co-ordinate plant and materials
