Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contracts Manager – High-End Residential Projects
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 + Comprehensive Package
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Overview:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential projects, including one-off bespoke homes. The role involves managing a mix of new builds and refurbishments, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3-4 luxury residential projects, maintaining high standards of delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between site teams, and end clients.
• Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with project timelines, and uphold quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Provide updates and reports on project status to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing bespoke residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of new build and refurbishment processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple site teams effectively.
• Based within commuting distance of Guildford, Surrey.
