A Real Estate and Property Consultancy is looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their South London office.
My client is an efficient and progressive practice they promote an engaging and successful environment. The practice delivers advice in the commercial and industrial sectors. The building consultancy division manages a diverse client portfolio which includes financial institutions, developers, occupiers and high-net worth individuals.
You the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will lead several schemes across the Capital, you will be tasked with managing integral stakeholder relationships and develop existing and new clients.
Ideally this role is great for someone who is looking for the next step in their career, you will work closely with a Director and will be offered a career progression programme to achieve full Directorship status.
