£35,000 - £45,000 per annum
A boutique multidiscipline practice in Kent is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their team.
We are looking for a competent individual to compliment the department undertaking a range of services across building surveying. You the successful professional will undertake projects in Kent and the surrounding home counties. The team is delivering maintenance and refurbishment schemes in the residential, education and commercial sectors.
The building surveying team lead schemes from £200k to £4million. Responsibilities include managing a diverse client portfolio and liaising with important stakeholders. The building surveyor will work in collaboration with other departments across the built environment delivering schemes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next steps in their career. You will be offered a structured APC programme which encourages MRICS status. Progression doesn’t stop their as you will have the opportunity to achieve full Partnership status.
