This role is focused on establishing and maintaining robust information requirements and standards, managing processes within a Common Data Environment (CDE), and leading the implementation of effective information management strategies aligned with industry best practices, including ISO 19650.

This role is focused on establishing and maintaining robust information requirements and standards, managing processes within a Common Data Environment (CDE), and leading the implementation of effective information management strategies aligned with industry best practices, including ISO 19650.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information management support across all project phases.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 and other relevant standards.
- Ensure data security protocols are upheld across all projects.
- Oversee governance and assurance procedures for digital delivery.
- Monitor the successful digital handover of information at project close.
- Attend and contribute to industry events to remain current with BIM advancements.
- Prepare and manage information requirements, including OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR, in accordance with ISO 19650.
- Experience with content management and library systems.
- Proficiency with Autodesk tools, validation and verification software, visualisation platforms, and databases.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650, BS 1192, CDE practices, IFC, COBie, and classification systems.
- Strong personal effectiveness, including planning, problem-solving, adaptability, and delivering high client satisfaction.
- Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and innovate.
- A Level 6 qualification (or equivalent), such as a bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, diploma, or NVQ.
