Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we don’t expect you to have a clear insight into the recruitment market.  You don’t need any previous experience because we’re confident in our training ability. We’re looking for a confident, social person that is interested to start a career in recruitment. Ideally, you’ll be money motivated and have a clear vision of what your recruitment career looks like long-term.

Your Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals of recruitment through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

 
Essential Experience:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
