Sub Agent - Heavy Civils

A Sub Agent is required by a Tier One Contractor. You will be joining a newly secured, major project which will take you through to 2029. Technical and challenging scope. Good foundation to progress to Site Agent. Clear pipeline of future projects.


As a Sub Agent, you'll:

• Develop the design, construction methodology, programme and cost for your area of work
• Prepare for the delivery of these works, manage resources and provide supervision, advice and guidance to the team
• Ensure the progress of the works is in accordance with the contract, programme, budget and design requirements
• Implement and assure compliance with all relevant requirements with regards to Health, Safety, Environment and Public relations

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a Civil Engineering
• Have demonstrable experience of working on heavy civil engineering / Infrastructure projects
• Have experience of working for a Tier One Contractor, ideally gained on major projects (100M+)
• Be experienced with the construction of shafts and in tunnelling works

In return, you will be offered a salary of 55,000 - 60,000 per annum along with a generous benefits package which includes travel, car allowance, 5% pension, 25 days holiday, Private Medical Insurance etc.
