Site Supervisor

We are working with a privately owned civil construction contractor, with a current headcount of around 240 and a projected annual revenue of €180M.

They are recruiting a Site Supervisor to support a recently secured data centre project located in Vienna, with a construction value of €113 million. As the Turnkey Design and Build Contractor, they are responsible for overseeing the entire design and construction process from inception to completion.
They are collaborating with a well-known international technology company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide clear instructions and direction to ensure successful project delivery, aligned with project objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with both the project team and clients.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks effectively.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor the construction programme.
• Oversee and manage scope changes, ensuring proper control.
• Track and monitor project progress against cost plans.
• Implement and manage quality assurance processes.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive project reports.

To succeed in this role, you will most likely:

• Have worked your way up to a Site Supervisor role via onsite experience
• SSSTS / SMSTS accreditation
• Have the right to work in the Netherlands OR be willing to work on a rotation (17-4)

On offer is a salary of between €80,000 - €90,000 per annum, along with a benefits package (which will include subsistence and accommodation if you are fly-in fly-out).
