I am working with a tier one client who are embarking on a rail project that'll be one of the first stations added to the Great Eastern Mainline in over 100 years, featuring modern facilities including 3 platforms, step-free access with 2 lifts, a car park for 700 cars, a bus interchange, and storage for 500 bikes, while supporting economic and social development in the area with this landmark project.

Your Day to day will include:
- Subcontract Management: Oversee the administration and management of subcontractors.
- Change Management: Handle variations and changes in the project scope.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Conduct internal and external forecasting, CVRs, and report preparation.
- Cost/Value Reconciliation: Assist in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reports.

- Demonstrable experince in the civils sector (rail and signalling expeience is a bonus)
- NEC experience (Option A and C upstream and downstream)
- Quantity Surveying degree or equivelent.
