I have proudly collaborated with a building consultancy in Essex, we are looking to strengthen the firm with the addition of a Senior Building Surveyor.
My client is an efficient practice who prides themselves on delivering accurate construction advice. Due to organic growth and progression an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to lead several projects across the prime residential and commercial sectors.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will display a full comprehensive range of building surveying services. You will deliver multiple maintenance and refurbishment programmes whilst managing survey schemes. The work is based in the local Essex area, project values range from £130k - £2.5 million.
This is the ideal opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking for the next stage in your career. You will be given responsibility to lead and mentor a team of juniors, make strategic decisions and assist with the direction of the office. A transparent career development programme is on offer which encourages promotion to full Partnership level.
