Quantity Surveyor - London
Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for driving cost efficiency across major infrastructure projects? With a secure and healthy order book after several successful framework tenders, we are working with an MEP Infrastructure specialist that are looking for motivated professionals to join their growing commercial teams across multiple projects and locations.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring they are running smoothly and within budget. Whether you are working on a major project or a number of smaller projects within a framework, your expertise will be key to maximising cost control, managing variations and producing cost reporting.

This role is suitable for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of standard forms of contract, predominantly within the NEC3 suite, you will also have a solid understanding of valuation techniques and cost analysis in construction whilst having a proven track record cost forecasting and managing project costs effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to make a real impact and develop their career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

- Contribute to the preperation of commercial reports (CVRs, Cash flow reports, PHRs)
- Take ownership of project budgets and provide regular forecasts on costs and financial performance
- Manage valuations for all payment applications of the project cycle
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier accounts, ensuring alignment with contracts and upstream requirements
What we're looking for:
